The Ambassadors of the Game Program
Operated by Golf Inspired

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Trip Captain & Ambassadors of the Game Program (“Program”), operated by Golf Inspired (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you (“Member,” “Trip Captain” or “Ambassador,” or “you”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before joining.

By accessing or using your membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Membership in the Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Golf Inspired reserves the right to decline or terminate any membership that does not meet eligibility or compliance requirements.

3. Membership Overview

The Ambassadors of the Game Program is an annual subscription-based membership that provides Members with exclusive travel benefits, earning potential through Travel Credits, and special access to Golf Inspired events and digital features.

Membership Term and Renewal

  • Each membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • Memberships automatically renew annually unless canceled by the Member prior to the renewal date.
  • Members may cancel at any time; however, cancellations take effect at the end of the current membership period. No refunds or prorated credits are issued.

Membership Benefits

Members receive:

  • Travel Credits earned per qualifying booking or referral, redeemable toward future Golf Inspired trips or experiences.
  • Priority access to events and experiences when they go on sale.
  • Customized ambassador pages on golfinspired.com, featuring personal content, referrals, or booking links.

Golf Inspired may modify, enhance, or discontinue benefits at its sole discretion.

4. Payments and Renewals

Membership fees are due in full at the time of enrollment. All payments are non-refundable.

Membership renews automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By maintaining an active membership, you authorize Golf Inspired to charge your payment method for the renewal fee each year.

5. Travel Credits

5.1 Definition

“Travel Credits” (“Credits”) are digital reward units earned through qualifying bookings, referrals, and participation in Golf Inspired programs.
Each Credit holds a fixed value of one (1) U.S. dollar (USD $1) unless otherwise stated by Golf Inspired.

Credits can be redeemed toward eligible Golf Inspired events and experiences, subject to these Terms. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may not be used on events or products not directly operated by Golf Inspired.

5.2 Earning Credits

Ambassadors can earn Credits through several qualifying activities:

a. Signature Events

When an Ambassador books a Signature Event directly through Golf Inspired, a fixed percentage of the total booking value (before taxes and fees) will be awarded as Credits.

  • The applicable earning percentage will be displayed or communicated at the time of booking.
  • Credits are calculated on the final payment amount and issued within 30 days after the event concludes.

b. Custom Experiences

Ambassadors may earn Credits on Custom Experiences designed specifically for them or their group.

  • The percentage of Credits available will be proposed by Golf Inspired before booking confirmation and may be open to negotiation.
  • Credits for Custom Experiences may be issued and applied immediately toward the same booking, allowing Ambassadors to use the negotiated amount as an instant discount.
  • Golf Inspired retains the right to deny or modify Credit eligibility for certain custom trips or special-rate packages.

c. Referrals

Ambassadors may earn Credits for referring new clients to Golf Inspired.

  • Referrals must be submitted by sending the client’s contact information to Golf Inspired via text or email, or through a trackable booking link on the Ambassador’s dedicated trip page.
  • Once a referred client is attributed, that client remains linked to the Ambassador for all future qualifying bookings unless the relationship is revoked or transferred by Golf Inspired.
  • Credits are issued after the referred client’s trip or event has concluded and full payment has been received.

d. Self-Bookings and Group Bookings

Credits may also be earned when an Ambassador books their own travel or organizes a group trip directly through Golf Inspired.
The applicable earning percentage will depend on the event type and must be confirmed before booking.

5.3 Tracking and Transparency

All earned, redeemed, and transferred Credits are recorded and visible to the Ambassador through their Golf Inspired portal.

  • The portal displays a detailed breakdown of each Credit as an individual line item showing date, activity type, and amount.
  • Ambassadors can also view billing information, upcoming payments, and total Credit balance at any time.
  • Ambassadors must review their Credit history and report discrepancies within 30 days of the transaction posting date.

5.4 Redemption Rules

Credits may only be redeemed toward events and experiences directly offered by Golf Inspired.

  • Credits must be applied at the time of booking.
  • For Custom Experiences, Credits may be redeemed immediately as part of the booking proposal.
  • Credits cannot be retroactively applied to completed transactions.
  • Credits cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts unless approved by Golf Inspired.
  • Minimum redemption requirements may apply as stated on the Golf Inspired website or portal.

Example:
 An Ambassador books a Custom Experience valued at $5,000. Golf Inspired agrees to issue 300 Credits as part of the proposal. The Ambassador may immediately apply those 300 Credits as a $300 discount at checkout.

5.5 Transfers and Gifting

Ambassadors may transfer or allocate a portion of their Credits to others as a discount.

  • The Ambassador must communicate the total amount and recipient distribution to Golf Inspired in writing.
  • Golf Inspired will then generate one or more promo codes reflecting the specified discount amounts.
  • The Ambassador may divide their total available Credits in any way, provided the total does not exceed their current balance.
  • Once a promo code is issued, it cannot be reversed, exchanged for cash, or reassigned.
  • All transferred Credits retain their original expiration date.

5.6 Expiration and Forfeiture

Credits remain valid only during an active membership period.

  • Unused Credits expire automatically upon membership expiration and do not carry over to renewed terms.
  • Credits associated with canceled, refunded, or ineligible bookings will be revoked.
  • Upon termination of membership (voluntary or by Golf Inspired), all unused Credits are forfeited.

Golf Inspired may extend or reinstate expired Credits at its discretion under promotional or goodwill circumstances.

5.7 Adjustments, Errors, and Misuse

Golf Inspired reserves the right to:

  • Correct errors or omissions in Credit balances;
  • Suspend or reverse Credits resulting from ineligible or canceled bookings;
  • Investigate suspected misuse, fraud, or referral manipulation;
  • Suspend or terminate Ambassador participation for violations of these Terms or the Ambassador Code of Conduct.

5.8 Program Management and Updates

Golf Inspired may modify the Travel Credit system at any time, including earning rates, redemption rules, or qualifying activities.
Substantial changes will be communicated through the Ambassador portal or by official email notice.
All earned Credits will remain valid for a reasonable period following any such change.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Membership fees and Travel Credits are non-refundable.

If a Member cancels before the end of their membership term, the membership remains active until expiration, but no refunds or partial credits will be issued.

7. Member Conduct

Members are expected to represent Golf Inspired in a professional, positive, and ethical manner.
Violations of the Ambassador Code of Conduct may include, but are not limited to:

  • Misrepresentation of the Golf Inspired brand or affiliation;
  • Harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional conduct;
  • Sharing confidential information or pricing details;
  • Actions damaging to Golf Inspired’s reputation or partnerships.

Golf Inspired reserves the right to terminate membership without refund for violations of these standards.

8. Use of Personal Data

By joining the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for:

  • Managing bookings and membership benefits;
  • Conducting analytics to improve the Program; and
  • Communicating updates, offers, and event information.

Personal information is handled in accordance with Golf Inspired’s Privacy Policy, available at golfinspired.com.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Golf Inspired—including brand assets, marketing materials, and web content—remain the exclusive property of Golf Inspired.
Members may not reproduce, modify, or distribute such materials without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Golf Inspired shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to lost earnings, booking errors, or event cancellations.

The Program is provided “as is” and “as available.” Golf Inspired makes no guarantees regarding the availability or continuity of any particular event, benefit, or feature.

11. Arbitration and Governing Law

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the [Insert Arbitration Organization, e.g., American Arbitration Association].

The arbitration will take place in [Insert City/Country], and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
