This year, the beautiful Innisbrook Golf Resort’s Copperhead Course will play host to what promises to be a spectacular day on the greens aimed at supporting our nation’s heroes—veterans, first responders, and their families.

The funds raised during this event will go a long way, with organizers expecting more than 200 participants from two important communities: the financial services industry and the military and first responder sectors. Since its inception, Valor has made a tremendous impact, having raised and shared over $1.12 million with veteran-focused organizations scattered across the United States.
This year’s event will shine a spotlight on 23 nonprofit groups that provide crucial services. These include not just financial support, but essential offerings like mental health services, rehabilitation efforts, mobility assistance, affordable housing, home maintenance, and career transition help. Each organization plays a vital role in the lives of those who have bravely served our country.
A Keynote to Remember
One of the highlights of the evening will be the keynote address delivered by the remarkable Retired U.S. Army Colonel Gregory D. Gadson. A graduate of West Point, Colonel Gadson is not just a decorated combat veteran; he is an inspiration. After losing both legs and partial use of his right arm following a 2007 IED attack in Iraq, his resilience shines as a beacon of hope. He has not only inspired the New York Giants during their unforgettable Super Bowl run in 2007 but has also graced the silver screen in the film “Battleship”.
Adding to his impressive credentials, Gadson holds graduate degrees from both Georgetown University and Webster University and currently leads Patriot Strategies, further demonstrating his commitment to empowering others.
